I use NZ Post to send domestically and globally. Globally I use International Air. Shipping parcels out of NZ is expensive and this seems to be the cheapest option. This has a 3 to 10 day delivery target to 220 countries according to their website. NZ Post may cover for loss or damage, for the exact details see their page regarding cover for loss or damage. Shipping cost is calculated and added during checkout. Typically this will be around the $4 to $10 range depending on your location.
