LC Meter
What is it
Measures inductance or capacitance. Handy for RF stuff, figuring out unknown values, etc.

This page has all you need to make one. My board is double sided with some smd
components.
Accuracy
Kind of hard to tell when you don't have any accurate way of telling what the values of the components you are testing are. so far any component I've tried has been within the components tolerance, but this only means 5% or 10%. Therefore to be conservative its 5%. As for being 1% accurate, I don't think I've got something this good.
